We charge a minimum of one hour of labor per service call; after the initial hour, you are charged “real-time,” minute-by-minute, not rounded to the nearest quarter- or half-hour.
Lighting Maintenance contracts can be developed as a fixed monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly price, or completed on a time-and-material basis.
